"I forget just about

everything in my past"

So,..

Random thought on Sunday

Assalamualaikum.
Hi again.

I read a blog about a student studying abroad, telling how she missed her parents, and of course everything here in Malaysia. I just want to highlight about the first one, about her missing her parents so bad.

Like her, I miss my parents too. So bad. Heck I miss everyone in my family although yes, i live in the same country with them. Not geographically thousands km apart like her and other overseas students. What hit me when i read her post is when she wrote about her skyping moment with her mom and her family.

Lucky her.

At least she gets to skype with them; see her family, talk to them live. They can communicate as if they're in front of her, despite the very far distance and time difference. Well I assumed what she missed so bad was perhaps something like you know, physical; that she couldn't hug them, kiss them, touch them.

Me? I couldn't skype with my parents. Only God knows how sometimes i really, really want to see my mom. I could only picture her in my mind, as what i can remember how she looks like. I have pictures of her, but she's not the same now.

Last time i saw her, she had more wrinkles and less teeth that really affects how she chewed her meals. And because of that, she also pronounce "s" or "f" differently. Would it be the same if i see her now? I'm pretty sure that she'd think the same. CauseI remember once when she was surprised as hell to see me all grown up; with facial hair, different physique, gemuk sikit haha.

The thing is, I can only call her. My mom doesn't know how to use skype.
We can only talk without seeing each other. And i am hoping that she could use skype and the internet one day.
I would like to teach her all these internet stuffs (skype, fb) and how to use the computer.

And for that, i wish i have more time .

To those people who live abroad, whose parents have no idea how to use a video call and internet, you have my utmost respect. =)

Hot Friday

Assalamualaikum.
Hi y'all.

This is the very first post from me. Obviously. Doesn't mean that i have never blogging before, i just want to keep my previous blogs in history. Because i sincerely think it's time to move on and move forward, leaving the previous me behind. Long story short, i want a positive change in me.

But i still do keep my posts before. Not gonna delete them permanently. There are good reference of me, of how i was and i would like to read them one day , and laugh thinking how stupid i was as teenagers.

Thinking that this year i'll be 23 made me realize that i'm old (not like old old, but you know that feeling like you're old). Back when i still have "-teen" in my age numbers, i used to look at those people above 20's as cool individuals who are matured enough and at the peaks of age. What's maturity anyway? *No idea*

I guess being silly and childish at 23 is still forgiven. I'm in transition state. In growing process to be a real adult. What i write here defines me at that time. In words, i hopefully see myself mature emotionally, spiritually, of course mentally and... physically? I might one day count my white hair and post it here haha.

You know when your thoughts are now at different angles, you think about future, jobs, marriage. You notice when little kids call you pakcik then you have to change.
Time to make a new history. I'll write about myself, about what happens around me.
And this new blog is the new me.

p/s: Jumaat selalu panas kat UM.
